She was nominated for two prestigious honors among her graduating class: the Ronald Goldstein Award for Pursuit of Excellence in Esthetic Dentistry and the Hanau Excellence in Prosthodontics Award — a testament to her commitment to precision, artistry, and outstanding patient care from the very start of her career.

Kessie Pillay brings over 30 years of experience in the dental field, combining his background as a dentist in South Africa with his passion for dental hygiene here in the US. His calm, knowledgeable approach puts patients at ease and helps them feel confident in caring for their oral health. He believes that hygiene is the foundation of a healthy smile, and he takes time to educate and support every patient he works with.

In addition to his work at Sandy Springs Smiles, Kessie has trained and mentored over 100 dental hygienists, helping shape the next generation of professionals. He’s passionate about raising the bar in dental care and creating a warm, empowering experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Robin - Patient Coordinator

Meet Robin — the cheerful voice you hear when you call Sandy Springs Smiles and the bright smile that greets you at the door. Affectionately known as the “office sunshine,” Robin has a natural gift for making every patient feel welcome, at ease, and genuinely cared for from the very first hello.

Originally from New Jersey and the oldest of 13, leadership and warmth have always come naturally to her. Outside the office, Robin is a proud mom, Nana, podcast host, event planner, and businesswoman who lives life loud and full. If there’s an event in Atlanta, she’s there — and she’s already made three new friends before it’s over.

At Sandy Springs Smiles, Robin doesn’t just manage the front desk — she sets the tone for the entire experience.

Natalia

Natalia – Patient Coordinator

Before finding her home in dentistry, Natalia built her foundation in hospitality — and it shows in everything she does.

Her years in the hospitality industry sharpened the skills that matter most in a dental setting: genuine warmth, clear communication, sharp attention to detail, and an instinct for making people feel truly welcomed and at ease. It was through that work that Natalia discovered something she couldn’t ignore — a deep passion for supporting people through stressful moments and turning those moments into something positive.

That passion brought her to Sandy Springs Smiles, where she now serves as your first point of contact and biggest advocate from the moment you reach out to us. As Patient Coordinator, Natalia bridges the gap between the clinical and the personal — combining her service-driven background with her growing dental knowledge to ensure every visit feels smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.

She puts it best herself: “My goal is to create a positive experience for every patient while contributing to a professional and efficient dental team!”

Na'kiah – Dental Assistant

Na’kiah is one of those people who makes you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door — and that’s exactly how she likes it.

As a skilled dental assistant at Sandy Springs Smiles, Na’kiah brings a sharp eye for detail and a calm, reassuring presence to every appointment. She has extensive experience assisting with a wide range of dental procedures, from routine visits to restorative treatments like fillings, and takes genuine pride in making sure each patient feels comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout the process.

Behind the scenes, Na’kiah is equally committed to keeping things running smoothly — upholding strict sterilization and safety standards and supporting seamless day-to-day office operations. Eboni – Dental Assistant

With over six years of experience in dentistry, Eboni is a true Atlanta original — and her passion for people shows in everything she does at Sandy Springs Smiles.

Eboni brings a blend of clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every appointment. She is deeply committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and she has a special gift for making the dental chair feel a whole lot less intimidating. Whether she’s walking a patient through their oral health education or cracking just the right joke to ease a nervous smile, Eboni has a natural ability to turn dental anxiety into comfort — and comfort into confidence.

Her dedication goes beyond the operatory. Eboni takes real pride in helping patients fall in love with their smiles, empowering them with the knowledge and care they need to maintain their oral health long after they leave the office.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Eboni is deeply rooted in her community — and that shows outside the office too. When she’s not caring for patients, you might find her out on the water fishing, tearing through trails on her dirt bike, treating herself to a well-deserved spa day, or volunteering her time to support underserved communities. She brings that same big heart to everything she does.

As Operations Manager, Singh oversees the full scope of daily practice operations, from team coordination and scheduling to systems implementation and performance optimization. His detail-oriented mindset and strategic approach allow him to streamline complex workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and create an environment where both the team and patients experience the very best Sandy Springs Smiles has to offer.
